The CITSens Ion Ammonium probe from C-CIT AG can be used for continuous in- and online monitoring of ammonium in cell cultures.

The CITSens Ion Ammonium probe is especially designed for the use in bioreactors with animal/ human cells, plant cells and microbiological cell cultures.

The CITSens Ion Ammonium probe will be delivered packed and gamma-sterilized. The pole can be autoclaved and refilled, the tip replaced and the electrode reused.

The CITSens Ion Ammonium probe is especially recommended together with the CITSens Ion 6-channel Potentiometer (Art. Nr.: 3001-301) from C-CIT AG. The use of the CITSens Ion Ammonium probe in combination with a commercial ph-meter is  not recommended due to technical reasons (unfavorable signal – noise balance).

As reference electrode you can use the already assembled ph-electrode.

The CITSens Ion Ammonium probe is suitable for the use in bioreactors up to max. 5 liters.
