Each glucose and/or lactate sensor needs to be connected to a transmitter (bluetooth or wired) which sends the data to a tablet on which an installed software allows to visualize them. These components (transmitters, tablet with software) are included in the Starter Kit.
The CITSens MeMo Full Version includes one tablet with monitoring and automated process control (APC) softwares and four transmitters (whether bluetooth or wired).
By purchasing additional transmitters it is possible to monitor and control twelve bioreactors simultaneously.
CITSens MeMo Full Version is made for in situ monitoring of Glucose &/or Lactate and automated process control based on glucose concentration.
It makes cell line selection easy and fast, allows optimized media & process development and improves science. The system increases product yield and gives you remote control of your cell culture process. Data can be integrated in all kinds of process control systems. To the system CITSens MeMo Full Version a pump (micropump for small vessels/bioreactors or a peristaltic pump) can be connected to do media feed.
The glucose &/or lactate sensors are suitable for all kinds of reactors, shake flasks and other single-use vessels.
